This Privacy Policy explains how AlphaGrid Trading LLC ("AlphaGrid," "we," "us") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use the AlphaGrid TradeAssist application and website (the "Service"). It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2.1 Information you provide

• Account information — your name, email address, and authentication identifiers (the Service uses Google sign-in);
• Configuration information — the settings you choose, including watchlists, thresholds, and notification preferences;
• Connection credentials — API keys you provide to connect third-party accounts (such as a cryptocurrency exchange), which are stored in encrypted form and, where required, must be read-only;
• Notification routing — the Telegram channel or identifier you configure to receive alerts;
• Payment information — processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; we do not store full payment-card numbers.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Usage data — how you interact with the Service, including features used, signals and scores viewed, and actions taken;
• Device and log data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, timestamps, and error logs;
• Cookies and similar technologies — used to keep you signed in and to understand and improve usage.

We use only essential cookies (for example, to keep you signed in) and limited first-party analytics to understand and improve how the Service is used. We do not use cookies to sell your information or to serve third-party advertising.

2.3 Information from third parties

We receive market data from third-party providers to operate the Service. Such market data is not your personal information, but data about your interaction with it (for example, which signals you viewed) is associated with your account.

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, and secure the Service, including authenticating you and connecting your third-party accounts;
• Deliver notifications and alerts you have configured;
• Process payments and manage subscriptions;
• Communicate with you about the Service, including support and service-related notices;
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve the Service, including its scoring and signal methodology; and
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Analytics, Product Development, and Aggregated Data

We analyze data generated through use of the Service — including usage, configuration, and signal-interaction data — to operate, evaluate, and improve the Service and to develop our related products and analytics. This may include combining data across the Service and creating aggregated or de-identified datasets that do not identify you. We may retain and use aggregated or de-identified data without restriction. We do not sell your personal information.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as follows:

• Service providers — vendors who host, secure, and support the Service (for example, cloud hosting, authentication, key-management, email delivery, and payment processing), under contractual confidentiality obligations;
• Legal and safety — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, property, or safety;
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; and
• With your direction — third parties you connect or route data to (such as your exchange or Telegram channel).

We do not share your connected exchange API keys with any party except as necessary to operate the connection you configured.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption of sensitive credentials such as API keys and industry-standard key-management practices. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for the permissions of any API keys you provide.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Specific categories are retained as follows:

• Account information — while your account is active and for up to 90 days after closure;
• Usage, device, and log data — for up to 12 months;
• Connected exchange API keys — deleted within 30 days after you disconnect them or close your account;
• Payment records — for up to 7 years, to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements.

Aggregated or de-identified data, which does not identify you, may be retained indefinitely.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can also disconnect third-party accounts and delete API keys within the Service, and adjust or disable notifications at any time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. EEA / UK users

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. Our processing is based, as applicable, on the performance of our contract with you, your consent, and our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service. 9. International Data Transfers

Our infrastructure is located in the United States. By using the Service, your information will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. These countries may have data-protection laws that differ from those in your country. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including standard contractual clauses.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
